When you give your time and talent to Moravian, you support our students in invaluable ways that change their lives and future. ΢��ƽ� volunteers are dedicated alumni, students, families, and friends of the university who participate in sponsored college events and organizations, work to engage and excite their classmates and peers, and provide guidance for current students.

Volunteer your time at alumni events to strengthen the Moravian community. Whether you’re assisting with registration, greeting guests, or sharing your Moravian pride, your efforts make our gatherings possible.

Serve on a Reunion Committee

Reconnect with classmates, help plan your class celebration, and inspire others to join in the Moravian spirit.

Mentor a Student or Recent Graduate

Share your experience, offer guidance, and help the next generation of Hounds succeed beyond Moravian.

Alumni Association

Help build and strengthen the Moravian alumni community, uphold our shared values and traditions, and carry the spirit of Moravian forward for future generations.

Social Media Ambassadors

Participate in MAAPP

Support future Hounds by sharing your Moravian experience with prospective students and families. Your voice helps showcase the value of a Moravian education and inspires the next generation to join our community.

Serve on the Golden Greyhounds Planning Committee

Help plan meaningful events and programs for alumni who graduated 50+ years ago. Celebrate Moravian’s legacy and keep lifelong connections strong within this special community.

Become a Blue & Grey Club Leader

Volunteer Requirements and Expectations

Embodies drive and passion to actively participate in campus events.
Makes a personally meaningful gift to the Moravian Scholarship Fund or other institutional priorities.
Aids the Development Office with peer outreach and actively works to connect with others to ensure up-to-date contact information.
Aids the Alumni Office by continually engaging fellow alumni with information on how to be an involved alum.
Maintains regular contact with their staff liaison to identify potential volunteers, provides feedback on the program, and suggests other opportunities for engagement and fundraising.
Adheres to the requirements and responsibilities of the specific volunteer group.
Serves as an educated ally for Moravian’s Center for Inclusive Excellence initiatives, engaging underrepresented alumni and students to participate in leadership, volunteer opportunities, and the life of the University.

Volunteer Recognition

Free admission for volunteer and one guest to ticketed athletic events (contact the Office of Alumni & Family Engagement for tickets, when applicable).
Two tickets to a Vespers service of volunteer's choice.
Recognition in an issue of the ΢��ƽ� Magazine.
Volunteer spotlight on alumni social media channels.
